We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law, accounting rules, payment processing obligations, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or security requirements.
You can also ask Skeep to delete specific personal data without deleting your full account. Send the request to hello@skeep.app and describe which data you want deleted, such as saved notification devices, profile details, or saved payment method references.
Some data may still be retained when required for account security, service operation, payment processing, refunds, dispute handling, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or other legal obligations.
